It combines LoRa® 915 MHz with enhanced reception, concurrent GPS and LTE CAT-M1/NB2, Bluetooth 5.2, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 4, RS485/Modbus, 2× 100 Mbps Ethernet with PoE-in and PoE-out, GPIO, DIN rail mounting, and RouterOS v7 — all in a passively cooled 6W form factor. The MikroTik KNOT LR9G Kit (RB924iR-2nD-BT5&BG770A&R11e-LR9G) is an industrial-grade IoT gateway that ties together the broadest range of connectivity options available at this price point — LoRa® 915 MHz, LTE CAT-M1/NB2, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, RS485/Modbus, and Ethernet — in a compact DIN-rail-mountable enclosure that consumes just 6W at idle.
The upgrade to enhanced LoRa® 915 MHz reception delivers stronger signal and longer range even in interference-heavy environments. Concurrent GPS and LTE CAT-M means you can track assets in motion while maintaining a live cellular connection simultaneously — no compromise between location and data. LTE CAT-M1 and NB-IoT dramatically reduce data plan costs compared to full LTE, making large-scale deployments economically viable.
RS485/Modbus support bridges legacy wired industrial sensors directly to IP networks. RouterOS v7 handles the rest — MQTT, VPN, firewall, scripting, SMS control, and remote management — without additional licensing or subscription cost.
