The MikroTik RBGPOE-CON-HP is a rugged Gigabit PoE voltage converter that steps 48V PoE input (Passive PoE, Telecom PoE, 802.3af, or 802.3at — any 42–57V source) down to 24V Passive PoE output at up to 1A (24W) — powering any 8–30V RouterBOARD device from a 48V PoE infrastructure without a separate power adapter or injector. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports, integrated heatsink in a rugged metallic case, wall-mountable, shielded Ethernet support. The correct solution when your PoE switch delivers 48V and your RouterBOARD device needs 24V.
